REGULATORY TRANSPARENCY
What "FDA-registered" means — and what it doesn't
We believe patients deserve clarity on this. "FDA-registered facility" means the processing laboratory is registered with the FDA — a meaningful quality and compliance marker for the facility itself. It does not mean the products are FDA-approved or FDA-cleared. ATOM's own documentation states this explicitly: these products have not been approved by the FDA. They are human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps) supplied to licensed healthcare providers for provider-directed use within scope of practice and applicable law. At Évry, we administer these products as licensed clinical providers — NPs with full practice authority in Illinois — and we discuss the current state of the science and regulatory landscape openly in every consultation.
